Account Manager

​

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services Team and make a real difference to how businesses use technology. This is your opportunity to work with an IT services company that's recognised across the industry for delivering solutions that actually solve problems. 

​

Based in Kyabram, we're a close-knit team of 35 passionate professionals making waves across Australia and beyond. We're not your typical IT company, what excites us is seeing businesses succeed because of the work we do.

What you'll do 

You'll be the bridge between innovative technology and real business outcomes. Working with clients across diverse industries, from professional services and healthcare to agriculture, manufacturing, and local government, you'll identify opportunities where technology can drive genuine improvement, manage relationships from first conversation through to implementation, and ensure every solution delivers value. 

​

Your day-to-day will include engaging with clients to understand their challenges, identifying growth opportunities, managing projects from concept to delivery, and working closely with our technical teams to create tailored solutions. 

​

This isn't about ticking boxes; it's about building solutions that real businesses use every day to grow and succeed. 

​

What we're looking for 

Essential: 

  • Proven success in account management or a similar client-facing role 

  • A genuine willingness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving 

  • Strong organisational skills and comfort with technology 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Attention to detail and professional presentation 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred but not essential: 

  • Previous experience in technology or IT sectors (we welcome career changers from technical roles looking for a client-facing pathway)
