Support Engineer

Join our Services Team and support clients across agriculture, healthcare, government and manufacturing. No two days are the same, from solving technical challenges to helping businesses run more smoothly.

Location: Full-time role, Kyabram VIC with work-from-home flexibility

What You’ll Do

Support a wide range of businesses as part of our Services Team, where each day brings something different.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working with team members, clients and vendors on technical issues
Leading incident management and resolution
Configuring and maintaining client IT infrastructure
Providing onsite, remote and phone-based support
Working across Microsoft environments, cloud platforms and enterprise networking.
